Good, but not perfect
I grabbed Gravity Forms with a 20% off coupon for a new license, which was awesome. It integrates really well with Zapier and was pretty straightforward to set up, even with Elementor. Really solid form builder, great features
I grabbed Gravity Forms last week during a sale to finally upgrade my website's contact forms. The ordering process was super straightforward, and I had no issues with the license key delivery. I've been playing around with the Conversational Forms feature, and it's actually really cool and user-friendly, definitely a step up from my old setup. My only tiny nitpick is that their documentation could be a little more detailed for some of the more advanced add-ons. Otherwise, the quality and usability are top-notch. I even connected it to ActiveCampaign without a hitch.

I've been using Gravity Forms for years now, and every time I need a new form solution for a client, I always come back to them. I usually snag a new license during sales, though I know their renewals are already pretty good for active subscribers. This time around, I was specifically looking for the Chained Selects add-on to simplify a complex order form, and it worked like a charm. My only tiny complaint is that sometimes their pricing structure can be a little confusing when you're trying to figure out which license level you need for specific add-ons, but once you get it, you're set. It's so much more flexible than some others like WPForms or Jotform. Overall, still a fantastic product!
